A hit and run driver left a cyclist in the road with a broken wrist after a Totnes crash on Wednesday last week.

Police are appealing for witnesses following the collision between the cyclist and a silver coloured car at around 2pm on Wednesday, September 24.

A spokesman said the driver failed to stop after the collision with the cyclist travelling over Totnes Bridge towards Bridge Town.

The car turned off into Seymour Road, leaving the cyclist with a broken wrist.

The police would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident, or from anyone who has any information relating to the incident.
