TAUNTON Titans are set for their last game of the calendar year this weekend - a derby match against Plymouth Albion.

This fixture is one where the form book can be thrown out the window as both sides seek to claim bragging rights for the south west region.

That being said, on form it is safe to say it could well be a very close encounter.

For both sides, their most recent fixture came against Birminham Moseley, and for both sides they were beaten.

Plymouth took on Birmingham in early December and were beaten 35 - 14 away from home.

Taunton hosted Birmingham last weekend and too suffered defeat, 21-26.

So if that is anything to go by it will be a tense game where both teams will be searching to break their poor form with a win.

The Titans in particular will be hoping to turn around their run of five defeats on the bounce.

The club is also taking bus loads of fans down for the match.

It said: "Lots of supporters showing an interest in heading down to support the Titans Vs Plymouth Albion, we have organised a supporters bus.

"We do have a maximum number of seats available on the bus so please get in contact with TRFC to secure your place."
